How to get the most from your reed diffuser

There’s something lovely about walking into a room and being greeted by your favourite scent. Here are a few simple tips to keep your diffuser at its best.

Find its spot

Choose a stable surface with gentle airflow, away from direct sunlight and radiators. Protect the surface underneath and keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Give it time

Let the reeds absorb the fragrance. The scent builds gradually, bringing a gentle welcome to your room.

Refresh when needed

Carefully turn the reeds when the scent needs a little lift. Do this over a protected surface and wash your hands afterwards. Turning them more often uses the fragrance faster.

Refill and enjoy again

Our reed diffusers last up to 16 weeks. When yours needs a top-up, our 150ml refills come with six fresh reeds, ready for another round of your favourite scent.
